Job Description
Practice Better is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to join their Product Marketing Team. This role involves implementing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, feature launches, and beta programs. The Product Marketing Specialist will craft compelling narratives about Practice Better and That Clean Life, ensuring the stories resonate with target audiences while staying true to the company's mission and tone. They will work closely with the Head of Product Marketing to connect product portfolios with growth initiatives, driving a cohesive strategy.

What this role involves:
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives to align product marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Analyzing competitors and conducting market research to understand target audience’s pain points and industry trends.
  • Developing and leading GTM plans for new feature launches.
  • Contributing to GTM strategies to support growth into new market segments.
  • Crafting compelling positioning and narratives that showcase the value of Practice Better and That Clean Life's solutions.
  • Enhancing systems to manage beta programs, streamline launch processes, and validate messaging.

Requirements:
  • 1-3+ years of experience in SaaS product or content marketing; healthcare or health tech background highly preferred.
  • Exceptional writing and creative positioning abilities.
  • Experience in building and executing effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Skilled at building and refining systems while optimizing processes for efficiency.
  • Excels at building cross-departmental relationships and aligning stakeholders around shared goals.
  • Able to convey ideas clearly and craft compelling messages while quickly adapting to our brand voice and tone.
  • Skilled at using data insights to shape marketing strategies and measure outcomes.
  • Stays current with market and competitive EHR trends to maintain our differentiated value proposition.
  • Thrives on managing multiple initiatives across two products in an iterative delivery environment.
