MindGym is seeking a Product Manager - Culture & Diagnostics to shape and scale innovative diagnostic tools. The role involves leading the end-to-end lifecycle of diagnostic products, collaborating with internal experts and clients, and driving go-to-market strategies. The Product Manager will also gather client feedback, track performance against revenue targets, and enable cross-functional collaboration.He/She will:

Requirements include:
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in L&D, HR tech, diagnostics, or behavioural science
  • Strong understanding of diagnostics and tools that drive behaviour change
  • Commercial mindset with experience in go-to-market planning and sales enablement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfort working cross-functionally
