MindGym is seeking a Product Manager - Culture & Diagnostics to shape and scale innovative diagnostic tools. The role involves leading the end-to-end lifecycle of diagnostic products, collaborating with internal experts and clients, and driving go-to-market strategies. The Product Manager will also gather client feedback, track performance against revenue targets, and enable cross-functional collaboration.He/She will:
- Lead strategy and product ownership
- Drive go-to-market and sales enablement
- Champion client insight and product evolution
- Enable cross-functional collaboration
Requirements include:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in L&D, HR tech, diagnostics, or behavioural science
- Strong understanding of diagnostics and tools that drive behaviour change
- Commercial mindset with experience in go-to-market planning and sales enablement
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfort working cross-functionally
