The successful candidate will manage the full project lifecycle for Life Sciences design and construction projects. Responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
- Oversee the design process.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Manage project budgets.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate.
- Contribute to the development of project management methodologies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship.
- Oversee site activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the Life Sciences sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex Life Sciences projects.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards (e.g., GMP, GAMP).
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Prince2).
- Strong financial management skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
- A relevant degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
