Senior Project Manager at Unispace Life Sciences

The successful candidate will manage the full project lifecycle for Life Sciences design and construction projects. Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
• Oversee the design process.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Manage project budgets.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate.
• Contribute to the development of project management methodologies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship.
• Oversee site activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the Life Sciences sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex Life Sciences projects.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards (e.g., GMP, GAMP).
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Prince2).
• Strong financial management skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
• A relevant degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
