B2C2, a digital asset pioneer, is seeking a Junior Technology Support to join their global team in Singapore. This role involves supporting the latest technologies for a leading crypto trading firm.B2C2's success is built on crypto-native technology and continuous product innovation, making it the partner of choice for diverse institutions globally.
Responsibilities: - Ensuring maximum uptime for production systems using real-time monitoring.
- Providing level 1 and 2 application and client support.
- Collaborating with Development, Quant, and Infrastructure teams to resolve system issues.
- Monitoring application alerts to ensure optimal system performance.
- Maintaining and enforcing high-quality internal documentation.
- Performing weekly support duties checklists.
- Taking end-to-end ownership of client-reported issues until resolution.
- Providing end-user desktop support for internal staff.
Requirements: - Self-starter with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience with programming/scripting languages is preferred.
- Ability to assist in setting up the support model with the team in the long term.
- Willingness to provide phone or remote support during non-office hours when required.
- Openness to working shift hours.
- Interest in monitoring, alerting, and reporting initiatives.
- Passion for helping people with mixed technical abilities.
- Some experience with Apple MacBooks and Linux technologies.
