Job Description

The Travel & Expense Executive role at IPG involves auditing and resolving policy non-compliance in expense reports within the Concur T&E System. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily auditing and problem resolution of expense reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with IPG SP&P and client specifications.
  • Tracking policy compliance and generating reports.
  • Providing Level 3 support for the Shared Services Support Center for Concur.
  • Reconciling Concur with financial systems.
  • Preparing and submitting wire transfers.
  • Communicating with local offices to resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 2-4 years experience in Accounts Payable & Travel & Expense.
  • At least 1 year experience in SAP.
  • Mandatory Concur experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Access is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, computer, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
