Lush is seeking a Compounder to join their team in Toronto. The Compounder will be responsible for accurately and efficiently creating product mixes used in creating finished goods, following approved recipes and processes. This involves inspecting and processing raw materials, adhering to quality requirements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
The role involves:
- Replicating product formulas with precision
- Supporting new staff with onboarding and training
- Coordinating production flow with team leaders
- Performing basic AX functions
- Implementing new product formulas
- Practicing safe work principles
- Performing general cleaning duties
- Providing support and guidance to staff
- Supporting Good Manufacturing Practices
The requirements are:
