The Customer Success Account Manager will cultivate strategic customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty. They will champion ROI-driven onboarding, product adoption, customer engagement, and value realization, advocating for customers and offering expert guidance on Litmus software solutions. This role reports to the Vice President of Customer Success and collaborates with various teams.

Role Involves:

  • Developing and maintaining service delivery and account plans.
  • Serving as the first point of escalation for customer concerns.
  • Building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Identifying customer expectations and driving product adoption.
  • Managing Salesforce opportunities for account expansion and renewals.
  • Performing project management for small services projects.
  • Representing customer interests within Litmus.
  • Driving customer advocacy through references and case studies.
  • Owning data and analytics related to assigned customers.
  • Improving processes for customer onboarding and coordination.
  • Managing customer relationships to drive expansion and adoption.
  • Interfacing with Sales Account Executives to expand customer footprint.
  • Managing customer implementation projects.
  • Overseeing Litmus resources for assigned customer accounts.
  • Collaborating with Technical Delivery and Sales teams.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years experience in customer management.
  • Project Management background (asset).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to decipher customer requirements.
  • Experience managing customer-facing projects.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong value-based selling skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage implementation projects.
  • Self-starter.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability.
  • Manufacturing software background (asset).
  • Fluency in English and either German or French.
