Senior Growth Consultant - ASO & CRO

Job Description

Phiture is seeking a Senior Growth Consultant to lead ASO and CRO strategies for its U.S.-based clients. The role involves leading client projects, mentoring team members, and delivering growth solutions. The consultant will also bridge communication between European and U.S. teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Organizing daily operations within the pod.
• Leading ASO and CRO-driven strategies for global clients.
• Supporting key ASO clients with strategic planning and roadmaps.
• Applying experimentation methodologies to optimize app campaigns.
• Leading keyword optimization projects.
• Guiding Growth Managers in building analytical and strategic skills.
• Developing client strategies using user behavior insights.
• Ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services.
• Collaborating with the ASO Growth Lead to improve processes.
• Owning the handover process between European and U.S. teams.
• Managing task prioritization and ensuring execution.

Requirements include:

• 3+ years of experience in ASO or related fields.
• Solid knowledge of ASO & mobile marketing.
• Strategic mindset with expertise in experimentation.
• Strong research and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent client management skills.
