She will define and implement the rentabilization strategy with a focus on strategic planning, margin increase, and client profitability.
Responsibilities: - Defining and implementing the rentabilization strategy.
- Motivating and leading the rentabilization team.
- Structuring go-to-market plans and growth strategies for key accounts.
- Reviewing and directing individual rentabilization plans.
- Fostering cross-sell and upsell actions.
- Establishing strong client relationships.
- Building bridges between rentabilization and iFood teams.
- Planning and managing the area's budget and forecast.
- Ensuring impeccable execution of the customer service strategy.
- Stimulating critical thinking and challenging the team.
Requirements: - Solid experience in team management and strategic leadership.
- Advanced knowledge of the payments market, especially in digital.
- Farmer profile, with a deep focus on rentabilization and relationship.
- Ability to build and implement planning and rentabilization strategies.
- Strong planning and execution ability for rentabilization areas and key accounts.
- Focus on cross-sell, upsell, and analysis of strategic KPIs.
- Solid interpersonal relationship with both the market and internal stakeholders and team.
- Ease in working with budgets, forecasts, and customer service planning.
- Ability to structure methods and processes to lead the team efficiently.
