iFood is seeking a Full Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team. This role involves analyzing KPIs for campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities related to the seasonal calendar. The analyst will support strategic planning of seasonal campaigns, track and consolidate post-campaign results, and work in partnership with Growth, Marketing, and Categories to ensure effective activations. The role also includes producing recurring analyses and dashboards that connect data to business decisions, and maintaining a historical view of the area for effective comparisons.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing KPIs of performance campaigns.
  • Supporting the seasonal campaigns strategic planning.
  • Monitoring post-campaign results.
  • Partnering with Growth, Marketing and Categories areas.
  • Producing recurring analysis and dashboards.

Requirements include:

  • Solid knowledge in SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Experience with data analysis focused on marketing, growth, or commercial planning.
  • Familiarity with tools like Python, Dataviews, HubSpot, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Clear and structured communication skills, with the ability to translate data into practical directions.
