The Senior Salesforce Software Engineer will play a crucial role in developing software, configuring Sales Cloud and Service Cloud products, and ensuring the quality of deliverables that directly impact new sales of iFood products. The engineer will also contribute to the maintenance of existing products, propose improvements, and identify bottlenecks to optimize performance and ensure high availability.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development, security, architecture, product, and business teams.
• Participate in prioritizing product evolutions based on data-driven decisions.
• Ensure the quality of deliveries and maintenance within scope and agreed timelines.
• Plan and build scalable, resilient, and performant solutions.
• Analyze systems in production for continuous improvement and resolve incidents.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.

Requirements:

• Passionate about software development and innovation.
• Experience with the Salesforce platform as a developer and administrator.
• Proven experience in Salesforce development (Flow, LWC/Aura, APEX).
• Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience.
• Experience with platform customization.
• Experience with CICD.
• Experience with system integration.
• Administrator and App Builder certifications or equivalent in Industries.
