Veeam, the market leader in data protection and ransomware recovery, is seeking an SEO Specialist to support the execution of their SEO and content strategy. This role involves working with the SEO team, Product Marketing, Global Campaigns, IT, and external partners to support content creation and optimization.
The SEO Specialist will be responsible for supporting the operational side of content creation and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Create SEO-focused content outlines and briefs based on keyword research.
- Update and manage project tracking systems.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders.
- Assist with keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Maintain shared resources like content calendars.
- Support the publishing and QA process for web content.
- Track and monitor content performance.
- Help execute content updates and refreshes.
- Coordinate with localization teams and vendors.
- Stay up to date with SEO best practices.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in SEO, content coordination, or digital marketing.
- Experience managing project workflows and supporting cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with keyword research, SEO content structure, and CMS publishing.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable scheduling meetings and documenting decisions.
- Strong proficiency in tools such as WordPress, SEMrush, and GA4.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- A willingness to learn and adapt.
