Job Description

Veeam, a leader in data resilience, is seeking a Product Manager to join their team in Warsaw, Poland. The Product Manager will be responsible for building products that customers love, focusing on Veeam Data Cloud (VDC), a Backup as a Service (BaaS) solution. This role involves working in a dynamic environment with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products aligned with the company's vision.

The Product Manager will conduct market research, analyze product feedback, and create a compelling vision and roadmap for their product area. They will translate the roadmap into feature specifications, prioritize new capabilities, and collaborate with design, engineering, and QA teams to deliver a market-leading product. Additionally, they will define success metrics, execute product launches, and evangelize VDC and Veeam through various channels.

Role Involves:

• Conducting market research and analyzing product feedback
• Creating and promoting a product vision and roadmap

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or 6+ years in a related role
• Track record of delivering successful products
• Solid technical background in software development and web technologies
• Strong bias for action and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
