Talkdesk is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive business growth in the UKI region. The Enterprise Account Executive will target companies with 500+ employees, generate pipeline, manage sales cycles, and build relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer experience and solution-based selling.
This role involves:
- Targeting net new accounts with 500+ employees
- Generating a strong pipeline
- Managing complete sales cycles
- Streamlining contracts
- Aligning with the sales Go-to-Market plan
- Building partner and channel relationships
- Being a Talkdesk evangelist
- Working in collaboration with internal resources
- Upselling to active customers
Talkdesk requires candidates with:
- Experience creating self-generated opportunities
- Success selling software into large corporate and enterprise accounts
- Experience closing 5-7 figure multi-year contracts
- Experience selling to C-suite, senior management, and director-level individuals
- Extensive negotiation and contract development experience
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
