Talkdesk is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive business growth in the UKI region. The Enterprise Account Executive will target companies with 500+ employees, generate pipeline, manage sales cycles, and build relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer experience and solution-based selling.

This role involves:

  • Targeting net new accounts with 500+ employees
  • Generating a strong pipeline
  • Managing complete sales cycles
  • Streamlining contracts
  • Aligning with the sales Go-to-Market plan
  • Building partner and channel relationships
  • Being a Talkdesk evangelist
  • Working in collaboration with internal resources
  • Upselling to active customers

Talkdesk requires candidates with:

  • Experience creating self-generated opportunities
  • Success selling software into large corporate and enterprise accounts
  • Experience closing 5-7 figure multi-year contracts
  • Experience selling to C-suite, senior management, and director-level individuals
  • Extensive negotiation and contract development experience
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
