Job Description
DoorDash is seeking an Enterprise Associate - Ad Sales to join their growing ads and promotions team. This role is responsible for managing, executing, and improving processes that accelerate growth of DoorDash's ads and promotions offering and drive efficiency of the sales team. The Enterprise Associate will execute campaign contracts, setup, and billing while also analyzing reporting to drive campaign performance. They will work closely with the Account Executive and clients to ensure seamless launch of all marketing campaigns. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration with account management, legal, revenue and accounting, and partner management teams to improve tools and processes.
Responsibilities: - Partner with multiple stakeholders to learn, streamline, and improve processes and tools.
- Optimize campaign delivery and performance to grow advertiser value and sustainable revenue.
- Execute campaign contracts, manage campaign setup, and ensure timely invoicing and payment.
Requirements: - 4-year college degree.
- 2+ years of experience in Ad operations, Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, Digital Advertising, or Sales Operations.
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, GSuite, and Slack.
- Ability to learn new concepts, programs, and technical tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical skills and familiarity with advertising goals and KPIs.
- Excellent Excel / data analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, positive, and a team player.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
- Passion for data, operations, and customer service.
