Nourish, a company focused on improving health through nutrition, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role involves partnering with leadership to attract top talent for non-technical and non-sales functions. The Senior Recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to candidate and pipeline management.
  • Managing the full recruiting lifecycle for corporate non-tech & non-sales openings.
  • Partnering with functional leaders and the TA team to understand hiring needs.
  • Providing a stellar candidate experience.
  • Proactively attracting and engaging world-class talent.
  • Strengthening the Nourish employer brand and hiring process.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with 2+ years in-house.
  • Experience working at an early-stage startup with fast growth.
  • Passion for the entire hiring process and end-to-end ownership.
  • A headhunter mindset to actively source top talent.
  • Deep passion for building exceptional teams.
  • Desire to hustle and thrive in an ambiguous startup environment.
  • Track record of hitting headcount targets without sacrificing candidate quality.
  • Expertise in leading TA tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GoodTime, etc.).
