Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Supervising Clinician. This role involves overseeing ABA Therapy and providing guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met. Centria emphasizes clinical quality and individualized care through assent-based practices, Practical Functional Assessment & Skills-Based Treatment (PFA-SBT), and Universal Protocols. The Dyad model allows clinicians to focus on clinical services by eliminating operational tasks.

The role involves:
  • Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
  • Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians.
  • Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
  • Developing child-specific behavior plans.
  • Leading and maintaining staff by orienting and training team members.
  • Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher in accordance with BACB guidelines.
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within first 30 days).
  • BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
  • Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
  • 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience is preferred.
  • Crisis management experience is preferred.
