Business Application Analyst（SCM/Sales） at Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc.

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Business Application Analyst to join their IT department in Tokyo, focusing on PlayStation's SCM/Sales systems. The analyst will be involved in system development and solution delivery, from formulating growth strategies to execution.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting business operations through investigation and solution proposals.
• Participating in major business projects as IT support.
• Prioritizing, defining requirements, managing progress, and coordinating deadlines for existing system maintenance.
• Collaborating with internal and external partners to manage project conception, promotion, and maintenance.
• Developing migration plans from legacy systems based on the business application portfolio, in coordination with global stakeholders.
• Managing contracts and negotiations for Biz applications.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Experience participating in system development projects or system maintenance.
• Understanding of supply chain/sales areas.
• Experience in AI utilization.
• Experience collaborating with overseas members.
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing) and business-level Japanese (N1 or equivalent).
