Orium is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team. The Account Manager will collaborate with customers to transform ideas into successful project engagements. This role involves building relationships, understanding software design and development, and advising on technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Shepherding opportunities through the sales process.
  • Developing and maintaining account plans.
  • Supporting new business development.
  • Managing existing accounts and serving as a point of contact.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with delivery teams.
  • Reviewing delivery teams’ implementation to ensure alignment to vision.
  • Leading roadmap planning and strategic workshops.
  • Traveling to meet customers and partners.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or business development.
  • 3+ years of experience in a professional services customer-facing role.
  • Experience managing accounts with projects related to websites and e-commerce experiences.
  • Knowledge of the digital commerce landscape.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics is an asset.
  • Professional working fluency in Spanish is a bonus.
  • Experience with modern digital tools and an openness to integrating AI-powered solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to critically evaluate AI-assisted decision-making.
  • A mindset of continuous learning.
