Lightspeed is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join their hospitality team in Paris. This role serves as the initial point of contact between potential clients and the sales team.
The Sales Development Representative will drive revenue growth by qualifying leads for the sales team. This position is ideal for someone looking to develop their sales career.
Role involves:
- Stimulating business growth by qualifying inbound leads from marketing sources, mainly via phone and email.
- Guiding all inbound leads until they are qualified for the Lightspeed sales team.
- Offering a memorable first impression to prospects and clients, ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Identifying client needs to determine if Lightspeed's solutions are suitable.
- Managing multiple lead sources simultaneously, including inbound calls, emails, chats, and referrals.
- Using Salesforce to manage the client database and track all communications.
- Collaborating with the Sales Development Manager to develop new strategies to fuel the sales pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Assuming other responsibilities as defined by management.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales or customer relations.
- Experience in technology (software, mobile, or other).
- Fluency in French and English.
- Experience in the restaurant sector (preferred but not required).
