ATS is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team in Monterrey, Mexico. This role involves utilizing data analysis tools to identify impactful projects and opportunities for process improvement within ATS, focusing on reducing downtime, reactive labor, and failures. The Project Engineer assists sites in calculating cost savings, identifies continuous improvement projects, and uses continuous improvement tools to execute improvement opportunities. This role requires clear communication of project results and improvement opportunities across all organizational levels.
Role Involves:
- Utilizing data analysis tools to identify impactful projects.
- Managing action plans for all projects.
- Assisting sites in calculating cost savings.
- Communicating project results and opportunities.
- Producing high-quality project-related documentation.
Requirements:
- Electronic, Mechatronic, Robotics or Digital Systems Engineering degree.
- 1 year of experience developing digital improvement projects.
- Knowledge and handling of Python programming language.
- Desirable Power BI skills.
- Advanced Office skills.
- Knowledge of Power Apps.
