Job Description
The company is seeking a Scaled Delivery Consultant with ServiceNow expertise for a role based in Santiago de Chile. This position involves relocating to Chile and working on a hybrid model. The consultant will lead migrations, handle complex requests, and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to install, configure, customize, and support ServiceNow deployments.
- Partner across teams as the ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert.
- Support customer account teams in meetings and planning.
- Provide feedback for new features and improvements.
- Develop a deep understanding of products and workflows.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a ServiceNow Admin, Developer, or Architect role.
- Experience with ServiceNow Incident Management, Customer Service Management, and IT Operations Management.
- Proficient in ServiceNow development, customization, and scripting.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
- Proficient in ServiceNow application development best practices.
- Comfortable working directly with customers.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
