The company is looking for a Scaled Delivery Consultant with expertise in ServiceNow to join their team and support a top-tier global client. This role involves leading small to medium-sized migrations, handling complex on-demand requests, and enhancing operational efficiency through process improvements and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to install, configure, customize, enhance, and support ServiceNow deployments.
- Partner across teams as the ServiceNow SME.
- Support customer account teams as the ServiceNow SME in customer meetings, business reviews, and planning.
- Partner across Product & Development teams, providing feedback for new features and improvements.
- Develop a deep understanding of products, solutions, integrations, processes, and workflows.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in a ServiceNow Admin, Developer, or Architect role.
- Experience with ServiceNow Incident Management (IM), Major Incident Management (MIM).
- Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Proficient in ServiceNow development, customization, and scripting.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript.
- Proficient in application development best practices, debugging, and testing.
- Comfortable working directly with customers, administrators, developers, and architects.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
