Job Description

The company is seeking a Scaled Delivery Consultant with ServiceNow expertise for a role based in Santiago de Chile. This position involves relocating to Chile and working on a hybrid model. The consultant will lead migrations, handle complex requests, and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to install, configure, customize, and support ServiceNow deployments.
  • Partner across teams as the ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert.
  • Support customer account teams in meetings and planning.
  • Provide feedback for new features and improvements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of products and workflows.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a ServiceNow Admin, Developer, or Architect role.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Incident Management, Customer Service Management, and IT Operations Management.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow development, customization, and scripting.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow application development best practices.
  • Comfortable working directly with customers.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
