Real Estate Acquisitions Manager - Madrid at CloudKitchens

CloudKitchens is seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager in Madrid to identify and secure properties for its smart commercial kitchens. The Acquisitions Manager will lead the end-to-end deal execution, from sourcing to closing, with a focus on distressed or underutilized sites in urban areas.This role involves:

• Leading end-to-end deal execution for new kitchen locations.
• Identifying high-potential urban sites.
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities.
• Analyzing the financial viability of deals.
• Partnering with legal and technical teams for due diligence.
• Monitoring asset performance and refining acquisition strategy.

Requirements include:

• 7-10 years of total experience, with 3-5+ years in real estate acquisition, investment, or transactions.
• Background in real estate, finance, private equity, investment banking, or development.
• Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and execute real estate deals in dynamic urban markets.
• Strong negotiation skills and financial modeling expertise.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
