Architect at Caylent

Caylent is seeking an Architect to join their Cloud Architecture & Engineering team. The candidate will work alongside Caylent’s Engineers, Engineering Managers, and Project Managers to deliver AWS solutions to customers. The role involves working with cutting-edge technologies and supporting customers with innovative ideas.

Responsibilities:

• Guiding Cayliens and Customers through Agile ceremonies.
• Translating customer requirements into a workable backlog of tickets.
• Delegating tickets to a team of engineers.
• Leading requirements gathering and architecture discussions.
• Applying understanding of DevOps pipelines.
• Writing production quality code and documentation.
• Mentoring peers and learning from the team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an engineer.
• Strong expertise developing applications in Serverless Frameworks, API Gateway, S3, SNS, SQS, CloudFront, Lambda.
• Hands-on experience in AWS Serverless environments.
• Experience in implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) in AWS.
• Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, TypeScript preferred).
• Advanced DevOps automation expertise.
