Architect at Caylent

Caylent is seeking an Architect to join its Cloud Architecture & Engineering team. The candidate will work with Caylent’s Engineers, Engineering Managers, and Project Managers to deliver AWS solutions. The architect will work with the latest technologies and support customers looking to bring cutting-edge ideas to market. The role involves guiding Cayliens and Customers through Agile ceremonies and translating customer requirements into actionable tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Guiding Cayliens and Customers through Agile ceremonies.
• Translating customer requirements into a workable backlog.
• Delegating tickets to a team of engineers.
• Leading requirements gathering and architecture discussions.
• Applying understanding of DevOps pipelines.
• Writing production quality code with tests.
• Communicating and documenting designs.
• Mentoring peers and learning new technologies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an engineer.
• Strong expertise developing applications in Serverless Frameworks, API Gateway, S3, SNS, SQS, CloudFront, Lambda.
• Hands-on experience in AWS Serverless environments.
• Experience in implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) in AWS.
• Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, TypeScript preferred).
• Advanced DevOps automation expertise (containerization, API management, multi-cloud solutions).
