The company aims to empower educational institutions by providing guaranteed revenue and payment flexibility for families. Isaac has aided over 2,000 schools, secured R$5 billion in guaranteed tuition, and increased enrollment by 9% in partner schools. The Commercial Consultant II will be responsible for:
  • Directly engaging in the commercial journey of private schools.
  • Understanding the pain points, motivations, and needs of each lead.
  • Conducting strategic negotiations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Developing and implementing creative actions for engagement.
  • Using CRM to record interactions and predict results.
  • Collaborating with other areas to ensure consistent value delivery.
Isaac requires the following:
  • Solid experience in B2B consultative sales.
  • Clear and empathetic communication skills.
  • Analytical and strategic profile to map needs.
  • High capacity for sales funnel management and CRM.
  • Autonomy, resilience, and focus on results.
  • Willingness to travel nationally.
