Isaac has aided over 2,000 schools, secured R$5 billion in guaranteed tuition, and increased enrollment by 9% in partner schools. The Commercial Consultant II will be responsible for:
- Directly engaging in the commercial journey of private schools.
- Understanding the pain points, motivations, and needs of each lead.
- Conducting strategic negotiations with multiple stakeholders.
- Developing and implementing creative actions for engagement.
- Using CRM to record interactions and predict results.
- Collaborating with other areas to ensure consistent value delivery.
Isaac requires the following:
- Solid experience in B2B consultative sales.
