The role involves:
- Directly engaging in the commercial journey of large private schools.
- Understanding the pains, motivations, and needs of each lead.
- Conducting strategic negotiations with multiple stakeholders.
- Developing and implementing creative actions for engagement and funnel progress.
- Using the CRM in a disciplined manner to record interactions and predict results.
- Collaborating with other areas to ensure consistent value delivery.
Requirements for the role include:
- Solid experience in B2B consultative sales.
- Experience with strategic accounts.
