The company, isaac, is seeking a Sales Ops Analyst to join their commercial team and help expand their reach in the education market. They are looking for a results-oriented team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for making an impact in a Fintech startup focused on education.
Role Involves:
- Analyzing and improving sales funnel flows.
- Developing strategies to enhance sales funnel conversion.
- Analyzing consultant performance and suggesting improvements.
- Taking results-oriented actions to achieve goals.
- Adapting to changing objectives and strategies.
- Building relationships with other departments to understand client problems.
Requirements:
- Completed or ongoing higher education.
- SQL knowledge (or willingness to learn).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Familiarity with Sales Engagement tools (Salesforce is a plus).
- Experience in B2B sales (a plus).
