Sertis, ASEAN's leading AI and Data engineering and solutions company, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in Bangkok. The role involves lead generation, commercial deal shaping, business case development, and client relationship management. The Senior Business Development Manager will work cross-functionally with tech, PMO, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise customers on how technology can boost their business and KPIs
  • Gather preliminary requirements and develop commercial opportunity potential
  • Work with partners to secure and manage opportunities
  • Lead commercial development and launch of POC or MVP implementations
  • Shape deals and opportunities
  • Own the commercial relationship and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare proposals and close deals
  • Assist in gathering market intel and building business cases

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, technology, or related domains
  • Understanding of business problems and solutions
  • Deep knowledge of Data and AI technology
  • Deal focus and commercial acumen
  • Ability to handle presale discussions and engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite
  • Business level English proficiency
