Sertis, ASEAN's leading AI and Data engineering and solutions company, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in Bangkok. The role involves lead generation, commercial deal shaping, business case development, and client relationship management. The Senior Business Development Manager will work cross-functionally with tech, PMO, and marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Advise customers on how technology can boost their business and KPIs
- Gather preliminary requirements and develop commercial opportunity potential
- Work with partners to secure and manage opportunities
- Lead commercial development and launch of POC or MVP implementations
- Shape deals and opportunities
- Own the commercial relationship and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare proposals and close deals
- Assist in gathering market intel and building business cases
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, technology, or related domains
- Understanding of business problems and solutions
- Deep knowledge of Data and AI technology
- Deal focus and commercial acumen
- Ability to handle presale discussions and engage with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite
- Business level English proficiency
