Project Manager (Mid-Senior level) at Sertis

Sertis, a leading Data and AI company based in Bangkok, is seeking a Mid-Senior Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of complex, high-impact AI, data, and software technology projects. They will need a robust technical understanding of AI and data concepts to effectively communicate with clients, engineering teams, and commercial teams. Collaboration and client satisfaction are key aspects of this role.

Role involves:
• Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Managing risks and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Managing technical implementation from inception to completion, including planning, supervision, and quality assurance.
• Collaborating with commercial teams, engineering leads, and other stakeholders for budgeting, resourcing, and backlog management.
• Serving as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, and understanding their needs.

Requirements:
• 5-8 years of experience in project management with a focus on large-scale and complex technical projects such as AI, data, cloud and software technologies.
• Experience dealing with various types of clients in Thailand and outside of Thailand.
• Excellent client facing, stakeholder management, problem solving, and collaboration skills.
• Strong English communication.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
