Job Description
TRG Screen is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team and work directly with customers in the DACH region. The Customer Success Manager will ensure customers realize maximum value from the TRG Screen platform. This role involves partnering with Technical Solutions, Sales, Professional Services, and Managed Services teams to help customers achieve business goals, drive retention, and foster growth for TRG Screen. The Customer Success Manager will also amplify the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to cross-functional teams to improve customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop success plans and track KPIs.
- Provide recommendations to ensure overall account health.
- Retain recurring revenue in customer portfolio.
- Manage contract renewals.
- Build customer usage, adoption, and perceived ROI.
- Identify innovative solutions and recommendations for increased usage and growth.
Requirements:
- C1 level in German (spoken and written).
- 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager at a financial or SaaS company.
- Proven track record of driving product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall customer health.
- Commercial acumen to secure and increase ARR.
- Ability to influence executive leadership within large enterprise organizations.
- Experience nurturing customer accounts to identify revenue expansion opportunities and ensure successful renewals.
- Understanding of the customer journey and experience serving as a strategic advisor.
- Ability to prioritize accounts based on risk, potential growth, strategic value, and renewal timeframe.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical functionality into use cases that drive value for the client.
- Prepared to travel when the business need arises.
