Shakepay is seeking a Part-Time Customer Support Representative to join their team on a 3-month contract basis. This remote role is open to candidates located anywhere in Canada. The Customer Support Representative will focus on ensuring a seamless experience for Shakepay customers by diagnosing technical issues, providing support, and collaborating with the Shakepay team to resolve inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose issues customers are experiencing with Shakepay
- Communicate clearly and thoughtfully with customers via chat and email
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Shakepay's products, features, and processes
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries
- Relay customer feedback to other teams
- Assist with KYC (account verification) requests and document review
- Identify and escalate unusual account activity
- Approve e-Transfer accounts and replay pending e-Transfers
- Attend training sessions and meetings
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in customer support
- Adaptability to change
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
