Shakepay is seeking a Part-Time Customer Support Representative to join their team on a 3-month contract basis. This remote role is open to candidates located anywhere in Canada. The Customer Support Representative will focus on ensuring a seamless experience for Shakepay customers by diagnosing technical issues, providing support, and collaborating with the Shakepay team to resolve inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose issues customers are experiencing with Shakepay
  • Communicate clearly and thoughtfully with customers via chat and email
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Shakepay's products, features, and processes
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries
  • Relay customer feedback to other teams
  • Assist with KYC (account verification) requests and document review
  • Identify and escalate unusual account activity
  • Approve e-Transfer accounts and replay pending e-Transfers
  • Attend training sessions and meetings

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support
  • Adaptability to change
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English
