Job Description
Interface.ai is seeking a Vice President of Sales to spearhead the company's growth by leading new business acquisition and scaling the go-to-market strategy. The VP of Sales will build and lead a high-performing sales organization, shape the sales playbook, and ensure alignment across departments to secure strategic accounts.Role involves:
  • Owning and leading the entire new revenue function.
  • Designing and implementing sales strategies for enterprise segments.
  • Building frameworks to accelerate sales cycles.
  • Hiring, coaching, and retaining high-performing sales team members.
  • Partnering with Product and Marketing teams.
  • Leading strategic deals with C-level executives.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience in SaaS or fintech environments.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales and delivery models.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
