SplitMetrics is seeking a Business Development Representative to identify and develop relationships with potential customers. The BDR will collaborate with the Sales team to optimize lead generation and strategic sales approach.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting company research based on the ICP & outreach prospects.
- Utilizing automation tools, cold calls, and custom emails to enrich the sales pipeline.
- Collaborating with the Sales Team to develop outreach strategies.
- Conducting discovery/qualification calls with Enterprise companies.
- Hitting personal targets and contributing to team KPIs.
- Collecting and updating prospect/company statuses in CRM (Hubspot).
- Sharing feedback and contributing to team projects.
- Participating in education sessions and training.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BDR or quota-carrying Sales role.
- Experience with outbound lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with sales techniques (cold calls, LinkedIn messaging).
- Experience with prospecting tools & CRM.
- Experience conducting calls with clients.
- Strong communication skills.
- Quick learner with adaptability.
- Time management skills.
- Hunger for feedback and coaching.
- Excellent English communication skills.
