SplitMetrics is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team. SplitMetrics is a global software company offering an ecosystem of products to mobile-first businesses. The role involves identifying, contacting, and developing relationships with potential customers, working closely with the Sales team to optimize lead generation and strategic sales approach.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct companies research based on the ICP.
- Utilize automation tools, cold calls, and custom emails to enrich the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop outreach strategies.
- Conduct discovery/qualification calls to spot customers’ potential needs/interests.
- Collect and update all the prospect/company statuses into CRM (Hubspot) to track the sales metrics and progress.
- Actively participate in education sessions and training.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BDR or quota-carrying Sales role.
- Experience with outbound lead generation.
- Experience with multiple sales techniques (cold calls, personalized LinkedIn messaging, etc.).
- Experience with prospecting tools & CRM.
- Experience in conducting calls with clients.
- Strong communication skills.
- Quick learner who can adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- Time management skills and the ability to work independently or under supervision.
- Hunger for feedback and coaching.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
