SplitMetrics is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team. SplitMetrics is a global software company offering an ecosystem of products to mobile-first businesses. The role involves identifying, contacting, and developing relationships with potential customers, working closely with the Sales team to optimize lead generation and strategic sales approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct companies research based on the ICP.
  • Utilize automation tools, cold calls, and custom emails to enrich the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop outreach strategies.
  • Conduct discovery/qualification calls to spot customers’ potential needs/interests.
  • Collect and update all the prospect/company statuses into CRM (Hubspot) to track the sales metrics and progress.
  • Actively participate in education sessions and training.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a BDR or quota-carrying Sales role.
  • Experience with outbound lead generation.
  • Experience with multiple sales techniques (cold calls, personalized LinkedIn messaging, etc.).
  • Experience with prospecting tools & CRM.
  • Experience in conducting calls with clients.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to an ever-changing environment.
  • Time management skills and the ability to work independently or under supervision.
  • Hunger for feedback and coaching.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
