SplitMetrics is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team. SplitMetrics is a global software company that provides an ecosystem of products and services for mobile-first businesses. The Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in seeking out new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and developing relationships with potential customers. The representative will work closely with Account Executives to optimize lead generation and a strategic sales approach.
Role involves:
- Conducting company research based on the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) & outreach prospects with the custom and data-based approach.
- Utilizing automation tools, cold calls, and custom emails to enrich the sales pipeline with new sales opportunities.
- Collaborating with the Sales Team to develop outreach strategies and generate opportunities to hit personal & team targets.
- Conducting discovery/qualification calls with Enterprise companies to spot customers’ potential needs/interests.
- Collecting and updating all prospect/company statuses into CRM (Hubspot).
- Sharing personal & client’s feedback and contributing to team projects and initiatives to enhance sales processes.
- Actively participating in education sessions and training.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of successful work experience in a BDR or quota-carrying Sales role.
- Experience with outbound lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (cold calls, personalized LinkedIn messaging, etc.).
- Experience with prospecting tools & CRM.
- Experience in conducting calls with clients.
- Strong communication skills.
- Quick learner who can adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- Time management skills and the ability to work independently or under supervision.
- Hunger for feedback and coaching.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
