Texel Residential, powered by Stronghold, is seeking a Sales Associate to source, analyze, and acquire residential real estate opportunities in Oklahoma City. The Sales Associate will work closely with the acquisitions and executive team to identify high-potential investment properties, conduct financial and market analysis, and manage transactions from initial contact through closing.
Role involves:
- Responding to and closing leads.
- Managing a pipeline of prospects.
- Building rapport with potential clients.
- Following up on leads promptly.
- Answering and returning phone calls.
- Scheduling appointments and negotiating win-win solutions.
- Developing new leads through calls and neighborhood drives.
- Using CRM daily to update and track deals.
- Communicating effectively with all parties.
- Closing contracts in a timely manner.
- Attending business meetings and trainings.
- Performing administrative tasks and special projects.
Requirements:
- Business and/or sales experience with a proven track record.
