FlightHub Group is seeking a Manager of Phone Sales to lead its call centre sales operations in Cairo, Egypt, supporting a team of 25+ phone sales agents and team leads. The Manager will be responsible for building, coaching, and scaling a high-performing sales team. This role involves working closely with senior leadership to execute strategy and drive operational excellence.

What this role involves:
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of phone sales agents.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Partnering with Workforce Management (WFM) for optimal staffing.
  • Collaborating with quality assurance and training teams.
  • Analyzing sales data and performance metrics.
  • Providing ongoing coaching and career development.
  • Working cross-functionally with teams in Canada and Egypt.
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding.
  • Reporting regularly to senior leadership.


Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing sales teams.
  • Full-time presence in Cairo for a minimum of 9+ months per year for the first 1-2 years, with reevaluation thereafter.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
