FlightHub Group is seeking a Manager of Phone Sales to lead its call centre sales operations in Cairo, Egypt, supporting a team of 25+ phone sales agents and team leads. The Manager will be responsible for building, coaching, and scaling a high-performing sales team. This role involves working closely with senior leadership to execute strategy and drive operational excellence.
What this role involves:
Leading, coaching, and developing a team of phone sales agents.
Developing and implementing sales strategies.
Fostering a high-performance culture.
Partnering with Workforce Management (WFM) for optimal staffing.
Collaborating with quality assurance and training teams.
Analyzing sales data and performance metrics.
Providing ongoing coaching and career development.
Working cross-functionally with teams in Canada and Egypt.
Supporting recruitment and onboarding.
Reporting regularly to senior leadership.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
Demonstrated success in managing and developing sales teams.
Full-time presence in Cairo for a minimum of 9+ months per year for the first 1-2 years, with reevaluation thereafter.
Hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
