Fospha, a portfolio company dedicated to building a powerful measurement solution for online retail, is seeking a Customer Success Graduate to join their growing team in London. This role is part of the Centre of Excellence program, designed to develop high-performing talent through training, hands-on experience, and cross-functional exposure. The Customer Success Coordinator will be at the heart of the business, responsible for delivering the best possible experience to customers.

The Role Involves:

  • Independently owning a portfolio of accounts and being the main point of contact.
  • Managing customer health and product adoption with the goal of client retention.
  • Delivering value by understanding customer goals and solving their issues.
  • Managing client onboarding and hitting time-to-value targets.
  • Projecting onboarding of clients.
  • Identifying risks to adoption & renewal, and prepare mitigation plans to execute on to improve outcomes.
  • Build strong interpersonal relationships with customers.
  • Collaboratively working with other departments.
  • Utilizing GenAI to increase efficiency.
