Job Description
Fay is seeking a Clinical Growth Manager to lead the company's efforts in expanding its referral network of healthcare providers in Atlanta, GA. This role is crucial for ensuring more patients have access to high-quality nutrition care.
The Clinical Growth Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing strong partnerships with referring clinicians, coordinating and attending in-person meetings and events, and developing local go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will be energized by connecting with healthcare professionals and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
- Educate providers about Fay’s services and how they support their patients.
- Coordinate and attend in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
- Act as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights with product and growth teams.
- Help shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust quickly.
- Comfort leading in-person meetings and events.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple partnerships across different markets.
