Job Description
Fay is seeking a Clinical Growth Manager to lead efforts in expanding its referral network of healthcare providers, ensuring more patients have access to high-quality nutrition care. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with referring clinicians, organizing in-person meetings and events, and creating local market strategies.
    Role Involves:
  • Identifying and developing referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
  • Educating providers about Fay’s services and how they support their patients.
  • Coordinating and attending in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
  • Acting as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights with product and growth teams.
  • Helping shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.
    Requirements:
  • Energized by connecting with physicians, care teams, and provider organizations.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health).
  • Excellent communicator who can build trust quickly.
  • Confident leading in-person meetings and events to represent Fay in the field.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple partnerships across different markets.
