Fay is seeking a Clinical Growth Manager to spearhead the expansion of its referral network, connecting with healthcare providers ranging from primary care physicians to specialists. This role is crucial in ensuring more patients gain access to quality nutrition care. The Clinical Growth Manager will cultivate strong relationships with referring clinicians, organize in-person meetings and events, and create localized go-to-market strategies within key markets. This individual will contribute significantly to Fay's mission by increasing the reach of its services and making a positive impact on the healthcare landscape.
Responsibilities include: - Identifying and developing referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
- Educating providers about Fay’s services and how they support their patients.
- Coordinating and attending in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
- Acting as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights with product and growth teams.
- Helping shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.
The ideal candidate will possess: - Energy from connecting with physicians, care teams, and provider organizations.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health).
