Fay is seeking a Clinical Growth Manager in Cleveland, OH, to lead the expansion of their healthcare provider referral network. This role focuses on ensuring more patients have access to high-quality nutrition care through strong partnerships with referring clinicians. The Clinical Growth Manager will play a crucial role in amplifying Fay’s mission within the broader healthcare ecosystem.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
  • Educating providers about Fay’s services and how they support their patients.
  • Coordinating and attending in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
  • Acting as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights with product and growth teams.
  • Helping shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health).
  • Excellent communication skills to build trust quickly.
  • Confidence in leading in-person meetings and events.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort in managing multiple partnerships across different markets.
