Job Description
The Clinical Growth Manager role at Fay involves expanding the network of referring healthcare providers, from primary care physicians to specialists, to improve patient access to quality nutrition care. This position focuses on cultivating strong relationships with referring clinicians through in-person meetings and events, and creating local market strategies.

The role involves:
  • Identifying and developing referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
  • Educating providers about Fay’s services and how they support their patients.
  • Coordinating and attending in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
  • Acting as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights with product and growth teams.
  • Helping shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.

Fay is looking for someone who:
  • Is energized by connecting with physicians, care teams, and provider organizations.
  • Has 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health).
  • Is an excellent communicator who can build trust quickly.
  • Feels confident leading in-person meetings and events to represent Fay in the field.
  • Is highly organized and comfortable managing multiple partnerships across different markets.
  • Is curious, resilient, and eager to grow with a fast-paced startup.
