Job Description

Fay is seeking a Clinical Growth Manager to expand its referral network and connect more patients with quality nutrition care. The Clinical Growth Manager will cultivate strong relationships with referring clinicians, organize meetings and events, and create local market strategies. This role is vital in extending Fay’s mission within the healthcare community.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare orgs
  • Educate providers about Fay’s services and how we support their patients
  • Coordinate and attend in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets
  • Act as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights with product and growth teams
  • Help shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health)
  • Excellent communication skills to build trust
  • Confidence leading in-person meetings and events
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partnerships
  • Curiosity, resilience, and eagerness to grow with a fast-paced startup
