Job Description
Fay is seeking a Clinical Growth Manager to expand its referral network of healthcare providers, ensuring more patients have access to high-quality nutrition care. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with referring clinicians, organizing in-person meetings and events, and creating local go-to-market strategies in key markets. The Clinical Growth Manager will contribute to Fay's mission of making nutrition care more accessible.Responsibilities include:
  • Identifying and developing referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
  • Educating providers about Fay’s services and how the company supports their patients.
  • Coordinating and attending in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
  • Acting as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights with product and growth teams.
  • Helping shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health).
  • Excellent communication skills to build trust quickly.
  • Confidence in leading in-person meetings and events.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple partnerships across different markets.
