Job Description

Fay is seeking a Clinical Growth Manager to develop and manage referral partnerships with healthcare providers in Kansas City, MO. This role is pivotal in expanding patient access to high-quality nutrition care and amplifying Fay's mission within the healthcare ecosystem. The Clinical Growth Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with referring clinicians through in-person meetings and events, and developing local market strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
  • Educating providers about Fay’s services and how they support their patients.
  • Coordinating and attending in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
  • Acting as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights with product and growth teams.
  • Helping shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Confidence in leading in-person meetings and events.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple partnerships across different markets.
