Fay is seeking a Clinical Growth Manager to lead the expansion of their referral network of healthcare providers in Madison, WI. The role involves building and nurturing partnerships with referring clinicians, hosting in-person meetings and events, and developing local go-to-market strategies. The Clinical Growth Manager will play a crucial part in ensuring more patients can access high-quality nutrition care and amplifying Fay's mission.Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
- Educating providers about Fay’s services and how they support their patients.
- Coordinating and attending in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
- Acting as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights with product and growth teams.
- Helping shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.
The ideal candidate:
- Possesses 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health).
- Is an excellent communicator capable of building trust quickly.
- Is highly organized and comfortable managing multiple partnerships across different markets.
