Job Description
Fay is seeking a Clinical Growth Manager to lead efforts in expanding its referral network of healthcare providers. This role involves nurturing strong partnerships with referring clinicians, conducting in-person meetings and events, and creating local go-to-market strategies. The Clinical Growth Manager will play a crucial role in helping patients access high-quality nutrition care and amplifying Fay’s mission.
- Identify and develop referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare orgs
- Educate providers about Fay’s services and how we support their patients
- Coordinate and attend in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets
- Act as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights with product and growth teams
- Help shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale
- Energized by connecting with physicians, care teams, and provider organizations
- 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health)
- Excellent communicator who can build trust quickly
- Confident leading in-person meetings and events
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple partnerships across different markets
