Product Manager at Oliv AI

Oliv.AI, a SalesTech company headquartered in San Francisco, is seeking a Product Manager to join their team. This is an opportunity to be a Founder-in-Residence, someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and can develop a product strategy while working closely with engineers.

The Product Manager will be responsible for designing AI-driven SalesTech systems. The role involves translating sales pipelines into AI-first UX. The candidate needs to prioritize product launches and iterate with metric-driven precision. They will also reverse-engineer GTM strategies and partner with engineers on prototypes.

Role Involves:

• Owning the Agentic Workflow: Design AI-driven SalesTech systems that act autonomously to resolve bottlenecks in deal closures.
• Solving for Cognitive Density: Translate chaotic sales pipelines into elegant, AI-first UX.
• Shipping at Warp Speed: Prioritize like a chess grandmaster—launch MVPs in days, not months, then iterate with metric-driven precision.
• Outthinking the Market: Reverse-engineer GTM strategies for a category that doesn’t exist yet.
• Leading with Code: Partner directly with engineers to hack prototypes (SQL, Python, or Figma—your call).

Requirements:

• Cognitive Agility: Aced competitive environments (debate/Olympiads) or built non-trivial projects while excelling academically.
• Academic Pedigree: Tier 1/2 grad (IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/ISB/XLRI) or scaled a startup/side hustle with measurable impact.
• AI-First Instincts: 2+ years shipping B2B SaaS where AI/ML was core to the product (not just a feature).
• Founder DNA: Thrive in chaos, rebuild broken systems, and default to action over meetings.
